We buy at wholesale cost, only mark up a small amount and ship to you via ocean container.

Local stores take a huge mark up to cover the cost of running a big store.

Also important to us is quality, we only sell you top quality furniture, but for far less!

Steps to a beautiful new home delivered to your door!

  • Step #1- Meet with Phyllis Burke, President (GIG) Global Interiors Group

    • Skype or FaceTime initial discussion, unless personal visit is requested

    • Discuss the scope of the Project including trips to your home if desired

    • Discuss timeline & budget for design fee & furniture

    • Ready to start? Design fee is paid up front and credited to your purchases

    •  

  • Step #2-GIG begins design of each space including & provides firm prices.

    • Including:

      • Furniture-Rugs-Lighting-Art-Accessories

      • Drawings are prepared for layout and design to show customer

 

  • Step #3 -Client confirms acceptance of design, and/or makes request for changes

    • Client makes payment # one for goods-75%

    • GIG places orders & provides ship dates

    • You are invited to come inspect the goods prior to shipping or photos are sent to you

    •  Once final inspection is complete, payment # two is made for balance of 25%

    •  

  • Step 4 # -Orders are received, inspected and loaded into the container for shipping. 

    • 6-12 Weeks for production

    • 4-6 Weeks for ocean shipment

    •  

  • Step 5 # -Furniture arrives in port and is delivered to your home. 

    • GIG staff comes to install your new villa! Don't worry we have our own visas!
